A great purchase! I had some trouble with the first remote that I received, but I reached out to customer service and they sent me a new one that works great! Setting up and using the remote is very easy, and it works great. I highly recommend!

This remote SAVES ME A TON OF TIME with Anki! Not to mention it also allows me to sit back and shift my position while doing cards, rather than hunch over my computer.

Customer service was also great... after receiving the remote one of the buttons didn't work, which was a pain because you need all four for anki. I emailed the Scope customer service (not through Amazon), and they were incredibly responsive and understanding, and even one-day shipped me a new one. The new one worked extremely well and it's my best study pal currently!

Overall, the value for money of this project is 100% worth it, and my personal experience with customer service after receiving a faulty remote was very good.
