How Do I Customize My Scope Remote?
You can tailor your Scope Remote experience effortlessly using the Scope Remote Add-on on your laptop.
Follow these steps:
1. Download the Add-on: Navigate to Tools > Add-ons > Get Add-ons and input the code:
2. Reboot Anki to enable the extension.
3. Select Scope Remote from the header menu.
4. Check whether your remote is set to Key or Game mode (found on the side of the device).
5. Pick your preferred mode at the top of the screen.
6. Use the drop-down options to assign your chosen functions.
7. Hit the blue Save button (No need to restart)
Important: Customization of the remote requires the extension, so it’s not supported on devices like phones or iPads where extensions can't be added to Anki. You can, however, still access essential features by pairing via Bluetooth.
How Long Does The Remote Battery Last?
Our new Scope remote lasts up to 18 hours on one full charge. The standard version of the remote usually lasts about 7-8 hours on a single charge.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees for single-unit orders range from $3 to $7 based on your location. However, if you order 2 or more Scope Remotes, shipping is completely free within the United States and the UAE.
What type of charger does the Scope Remote use?
The Scope Remote works with any standard micro-USB cable. For your convenience, every purchase includes a free micro-USB cable.
Do you offer group discounts?

Does the Scope Remote only work on Mac?
No, Scope Remote works with all devices (Mac, Windows, iPad, iPhone, tablet, etc).
However, the Anki Remote requires an add-on for customization, and devices like iPads that don't support add-ons won't have custom key mappings available. The customization feature that would allow you to map the undo function to a button is only available when using the remote with computers that can run the add-on.
The 'Game Mode' on the Scope remote was specifically developed to offer preset configurations optimized for iPad users. Conversely, the 'Key Mode' is intended to provide a platform for extensive customization, primarily for laptop users.
How long does the Scope Remote last?
The lifespan of the Scope Remote is long. Students have used the Scope Remote daily for over a year without any issues.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently only ship within the United States and the UAE. If you're located outside these countries, you can still get a Scope Remote by using a shipping forwarder. It's a simple process! Just scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "International Shipping" to learn how to set one up.
