Eligibility for Returns:
You may return Scope Remote within 15 days from the purchase date.
The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@scopeshop.ae.
Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Once approved, we will email your return label.
You have 14 days to process the return; after this period, the return label will be voided.
Refund:
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
The refund will be initiated to your bank account promptly after inspection.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for return items are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the refund.
