Eligibility for Returns:

You may return Scope Remote within 15 days from the purchase date.

The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

 

Return Process:

Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

Once approved, we will email your return label.

You have 14 days to process the return; after this period, the return label will be voided.

 

Refund:

The refund will be initiated to your bank account promptly after inspection.

 

Shipping Costs:

Timeframe for Replacement:

Replacement items will be shipped within 1-2 days of approval.

 

Exclusions:

Replacements are not available for items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
